Bra Size Chart

A bra size has two parts: the band number (for example 34) and the cup letter (for example C). The band comes from your underbust measurement, and the cup comes from the difference between your bust and band measurements. Use the charts below to look up sizes in US, UK, and EU sizing.

How to Read This Chart

Find your band size in the left column (based on your underbust measurement, rounded to the nearest even number).
Find your cup letter across the top (based on the difference between your bust and band measurements).
Where the row and column meet is your size — for example, a 34 band with a C cup is 34C.

US Bra Size Chart

The US chart covers bands 30–44 and cups A through G. Some US brands label DDD as F, so check the brand's own chart when in doubt.

Note: US cup naming varies after DD — DDD is sometimes labeled F by individual brands.

UK Bra Size Chart

The UK chart covers bands 28–44 and cups A through J. Unlike US sizing, the UK system doubles some letters (DD, FF, GG, HH) instead of using DDD.

EU Bra Size Chart

The EU chart covers bands 65–100 and cups A through H. EU sizing is less standardized than US or UK sizing, so treat these as a starting point and always check the manufacturer's chart.

US / UK / EU Conversion

Band sizes convert fairly directly between systems, but cup letters do not. US and UK bands use the same inch-based numbers; EU bands use centimeters.

* A 28 band is uncommon in US sizing; many US brands start at 30.

US and UK cup letters match up to DD. After that they diverge: a US DDD is a UK E, a US G is a UK F, and so on. EU cup letters are the least standardized of all — brands convert them differently, so always compare with the specific brand's chart.

Important: All conversions are approximate. Bra sizing varies between brands, styles, and manufacturers, so use these charts as a starting point and check the manufacturer's size chart when available.
